One of Wade's roommates, up until Wade went underground, was Shane Phillips.
Phillips was one of two young men police questioned the day they served a search warrant at his home.
During that search, a jacket believed to belong to Wade was found with a receipt from one of the transactions where money was taken out of Schloss' account, according to court documents.
With the investigation into Schloss' disappearance, what happened to her, and who is responsible intensifying, Phillips has hired an attorney.
According to that attorney, Rex Butler, Wade only lived in the house for a few weeks, and Phillips did not know him very well.

Reward money, tips fail to help police find Wade
Police have combed Anchorage for days responding to more than 50 tips about Joshua Wade, the "person of interest" they want to question in the early August disappearance of nurse Mindy Schloss.
Federal agents have offered a $2,500 reward for Wade, who faces bank fraud charges, while the police Crime Stoppers program is offering $1,000.
Friends of Schloss have also put up $5,000 to find the body of the 52-year-old nurse, and are trying to collect more money to increase that reward.
