Anna vs. El Dorado Jane Doe

This may have been eliminated but in 1991 a woman (blonde hair blue eyes) in her 20s or 30s was found shot in a motel room. The identity she was using was found to be stolen. Has she ever been looked at? Im not familiar enough with either case to compare.

Jane Doe . I would think she could be eliminated as being Anna as Anna has brown eyes.
