There are a couple of reasons why it is difficult to accurate charts for the inauguration, Salem.
First, we really do not know Obama's birth date and time. There are a lot of lawsuits demanding that he give his "long-form" birth certificate, signed by an attending physician, showing hospital location, time, parentage, etc. He supposedly has spent quite a lot of money on lawyers trying to stop these suits.
The second reason is that there is also some speculation that he will actually be sworn in at a private ceremony at a different time. Whether any of this is true or not, I have no idea. You know how difficult is is to be sure of stuff that is going around the internet.
One thing that really bothers me is the position of Obama's Neptune, not only in relation to the swearing in ceremony, but also in his own chart, and to the US natal chart.
Obama, if his birthdate is correct, has Sun square Neptune. His natal Mars is exactly conjunct the US Neptune. And, on Inauguration Day, transiting Saturn is conjunct Obama's natal Mars.
And, if you remember, we are enjoying a nice long recurring Saturn/Uranus opposition.

Now, about the Inauguration Chart itself...
First off, the Moon is void-of course. Traditionally things that happen under a Void of course moon do not work out well, or come to fruition, and this moon is at the last degree of Scorpio, unpleasant position actually!
Next, Mercury will be retrograde. Not a good situation for undertaking new projects! My guess is that Obama's administration is going to disappoint a lot of people, and he will face a lot of challenges and hostility.
We will have to wait and see how things turn out for our nation. I am worried. Most astrologers are very liberal, I find, and would not worry about Obama's impact on our nation as I do, just so you know.
