I don't think it's just what he's wearing that suggests he's feral. White collar men also commit crimes, sure. Let's not forget women criminals too. Would I feel more comfortable being accosted by a guy in a suit or Blue hoodie? I don't think I'm being bigoted when I say I'd be very wary of someone who looked like BH.

Maybe her body language is suggesting that she doesn't totally believe him and hopes he will go away. She does look behind her more than once in the footage.

I agree completely, these images of suspects are VERY similar, could be the same man and he targets the girls with accents in their 20's:

Ok, I've looked at three sketches from three separate incidents French lady, lady in the park ( clothes described similar) and Dutch lady and is freaked me out plus twitter account from deveny. Police may have an escalation from serial offender. :(

Yes and she refused to be walked home by a trusted work colleague . The Dutch tourist seems like a smart girl and she got in his car . Maybe he's a good talker . Moo

A poster questioned whether Jill smoked. There are several photos on her facebook page with her holding cigarettes and cigarette lighters in her hand. Maybe blue hoodie asked her for a cigarette and then tried to keep her attention. Most smokers that I have known will give a cigarette to someone who asks, it seems to be smokers etiquette.

Also in the last link not only does the description match it also mention a blue or grey hoodie!

Here are a few screencaps from the Youtube video. IMO the guy in the blue hoodie doesn't look all that young to me. In the last screencap where he has his back to the window, it looks like he has fair hair that is closely cropped. Gill is just out of the frame in that one but it appears he is talking to her. I have quite a few more screencaps to post but I'll have to do it a bit later.

I know there are various spellings for the name but to be respectful I think we should ensure the proper spelling of her name; Jill
 
On her own Facebook page she calls herself Jill.

They are artist impressions from descriptions from assault victims, attacked at night, there are sure to be inaccuracies but the general look is similar, sharing various features among the three .. the mouth of 1 and 3 very similar, the nose of 1 and 2 ...
 
I work with drug users and the gaunt cheeks is a familiar look amongst drug users.

If its not the same guy as in the Dutch woman's case who used the stalking ruse, I can imagine that Jill looks behind her to see if theres anyone around to help if the guy is being menacing or just won't leave her alone.
