They have ways to do this. I doubt they will get a blockbuster but it could lead them down a better path. From what I recall there are ways of doing this that the child will never suspect he is even questioned. There are more ways to get info than asking questions.

When the FBI was interviewing Cindy Anthony. I was sitting here cracking up. She had no idea she was being profiled as she blabbered away. They hardly said a word or ask a question...it was priceless.

My money is on LE forcing this. They had to fly somebody in from Quantico and I bet they made darn sure these kids were going to show.

Of course, Joe T. will spin it to his advantage.

Depending on whoever they believe is the perp, it is necessary to profile them...to best be able to locate a victim.

Casey Anthony's profile was easy. It was a shoe-in that the baby would be close to the house. The problem was they cleared that area in August...and that steered searchers away and on a wild goose chase. Then attorneys entered and blew it off the map.

TM was called in AFTER the rains and he wasn't going to search that area there due to deep water...darn shame.

Sometimes the body is located in the first areas that were searched.

I think this specialist was at JT's request, and why there was a delay. I think this is normal of these big name lawyers to ask for big name experts- even at cost of waiting.

I think court orders have to come out like search warrants (anyone know for sure?) so I bet we'll know soon enough.

You mentioned the boys interviews showing the family dynamics. That will be a huge factor in how the parents will be viewed from this day forward. IMO

You make a very good point. I hadn't thought of that. Joe T. may have beaten them to the punch. I can't see the FBI falling for this though but in a court of law and defense attorneys present, anything is possible.

If Joe T arranged this, the State's Attorney should also be able to counter it with their own or dismiss the findings of the hired gun. Of course, Joe T will use it to defend his clients, if he, indeed, did it this way.

I'm not understanding this.....the article specifically states that the FBI flew this person in and that it is a specialist that the FBI has frequently worked with. Why would the State's Attorney object to the choice of a specialist that the FBI wanted????

IMO the portion saying ". . . they work with" makes it sound like it is someone the FBI contracted with, not JT.
