Back to the Beginning: Where Might Kyron Be?

I cannot get past the first hour and one half where Terri has (allegedly) grocery/shopping alibis, yet ... she's in hiding as the prime un-named suspect and subject of a sitting GJ.

After learning from WS lawyers that the Murder-for-Hire would very likely be excluded from consideration in the Kyron disappearance trial, yet hearing that they believe they have probable cause for a Kyron disappearance charge against Terri ... logic says they have some very solid evidence regarding where Kyron was during that first hour and 1/2.

About that hour & 1/2 ... LE knows enough to say a crime has occurred. The crime is depriving parents of being with their child. The unnamed prime suspect is Terri, and unnamed others have knowledge of what happened to Kyron.

That's the best I can do here. The rest, for me, feels like pointless and groundless speculation.

I've decided, for me, at least, the Serenity Prayer might be the answer to this thread's question. For now.

:(

So a radius of, say 0.5 mile off of turn arounds/dead ends/pull offs on Logie.

I don't think so, since the truck wasn't on Logie. The truck pulled out of a road north of Logie, and onto Hwy 30.

If you look at a map, you see there are two roads north of Logie that intersect Hwy 30 that would be the likely ones. One has lots of houses, so I think not very likely. The other, I think it's Morgan, has lots of wooded areas, and some pull offs.

The truck was seen between 9:15 and 9:45. If I could pick just one place to search, it would be Morgan, and I'd search all those wooded areas very very carefully.

“I was on my way to work, driving down Highway 30,” said “Chas.”

It was Friday, June 4th, sometime between 9:15 and 9:45 in the morning. “Chas” was heading south on Highway 30, on his way to work when a white truck pulled out onto the road.

"It came out of one of these side streets, I am not exactly positive which one, but I am pretty much sure that it was north of Logie Trail road.”

I suppose it wouldn't hurt to search Logie, but personally, I'd search the road the truck was actually seen coming out of.

ETA: map. It's NW Morgan Rd.

Two questions,
  1. Can anyone tell me what a personal sailing craft (Boat) would have to do to enter a foreign country with a small child on board?
  2. How hard is it to get into Canada in an RV what do they do and need?

Thanks and lemme try and pull that map.

Ok, I see it. The truck was spotted pulling out on the south/southwest side, is that correct? Or do I have it reversed?

True, but my point in bringing it up is how desolate and wild the area is. I watched videos not only of logie (which I posted) but of other roads nearby.

It seems frequently in cases where someone is trying to dump/hide/bury a body (even if planned) they will drive around, in and out of places somewhat randomly looking for a good spot- or sometimes the planned situation changes, a car passes, a dog barks, etc. So it seems if someone were looking to dump a body in the area, they may have pulled in and turned around in several spots before finally deciding on one.

So all would be worth checking in the area.

I can't recall having to give my passport number when making a reservation to fly? Perhaps it depends on the airline- will look it up.
And I think flying with an escort is most likely in this scenario- i.e. your 'mom' and a friend go to the airport with you where 'mom' checks you in and says you are traveling with escort. The airlines responsibility ends there.

I agree- in any case seems like a lot of risk and to what end?

Then again, so is murdering a child because you...feel like it.

I am referring to overseas flights. You give your passport number. Of that I am positive as I have made many many overseas flights.

On domestic, you do not give your passport number.

However, you have to have a picture ID granted by the govt.

I don't know what people do for children's picture ID as my children are grown and my grandchildren have passports, so that is what we all use for our ID's domestic as well.

I don't know about Canada and an RV- but when you enter a country 'by sea' you need documentation for the vessel and passports for everyone onboard. But Coast Guard/Customs doesn't always board the vessel to check all passengers, and they definately don't always search the vessel. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. But it's very common for private vessels to be searched in high-drug traffic sea routes.
You'd be taking a chance...but then again, it happens all the time. And Kyron is small and would be easy to conceal.

When my kids fly, all I have to do is show them my ID at security and to get the boarding pass.

Also, my grandchildren have flown unaccompanied on domestic. They had paid employees and the employee sat with the child.

I have to say there are a lot of woods around there. Seems really dense. That would be the easiest to leave a deceased child, no one would discover remains for years, and by then they would have been dug up and scattered by animals. Seems easiest, and least likely to be seen, day or night.

I hate to be be miss know it all here, but I have a friend who is an airline stewardess (I forget what they call them now)

They have a seating chart of every passenger. The stewardess would see a child alone.

Also, you cannot make a reservation for a child flying alone without an escort. It is not allowed. The reservation would not go through.

I just made a 'fake' reservation on Expedia for a famly of four, two adults two children from NYC to Paris.
They didn't ask for passport numbers for either adults or children, just have a disclaimer that says you must have a valid passport for international travel. :waitasec:

Perhaps it is if you make it through an airline directly- however, many people are waiting for their passports to be issued prior to travel. That's why you can use an expected date of international travel or a plane or cruise ship ticket as proof to expedite your passport issuance.

I know about the seating chart, but what I am saying is that a child can travel without a legal guardian if they are traveling 'accompanied' by the airline- with fee paid- or with a private adult.
Not saying a 7 yr old can board a plane by themself at all.

The reservations go through once you agree to pay the accompany fee at the airport. I just did it with my godchild who is 6. (Domestically.) Internationally they would have to have someone physically with them. But each airline is different.

I live 150 miles from the Canadian border so this is what I know.

In our state, if you cross the border a lot, they have provided some kind of new card which makes it so you can go back and forth without a passport.

Even if the border guards know you, you may be hassled.

With any type of vehicle, you are subject at any time to have your vehicle practically taken apart.

It's a risk. It doesn't matter what you look like or your age, you can be subject to search.

I don't know from personal experience, only from the grapevine because of where we live.

On that note, there are miles and miles and miles of unsecured border that can be crossed. I don't know how easy it is because where I live (in another state far away), it's wilderness. Chopping through the wilderness sounds unappealing to me.

With all of these DEA planes flying around all of the time, I think a path to get from the US to Canada exists in all kinds of locations, but it's probably pretty concealed.

Are there any tour boats that leave from that area? I like the direction, Calliope and everyone!!!
