He's atleast 16. We know he drove out there. I just can't get over any of it. While you can on the one hand think perhaps they didn't know or couldn't accept that MJ was abusing her this way, they let a much older teen such access to her also. And she was just 14, 8th grade! WTH.

Just because he was driving doesn't automatically mean he is old enough to be or has a license. It is a rural community and a lot of kids are allowed to drive earlier. Jacques could even be setting him up with a car etc. in return for his "activities".

My guess is that Jacques set him up with her somehow and bought his silence for a price. We know how teenage boys brag and this is how so many teachers are getting caught today. For this BF to do what he is doing...I have to wonder what Jacques had to offer besides sex for him not to tell others.

Before everyone jumps off the deep end with AR, perhaps-we have spoken on many different threads about surviving childhood sexual abuse. Many heal on some level-I think AR's ability to survive and move past it will depend on how deeply she is involved in her cousin's death. jmo

Yes~ You both are correct. AR's boyfriend is apparently a juvenile according to the Rutland Herald article below:

Dr. Lipman on Fox has no clue....A.R. is the step-daughter of MJ....not some stranger he staked in Wal-Mart!!

I believe what he's referring to is from Gagnon's affidavit where AR got an email saying she was chosen the "program" by the govt because they spotted her in Wal-Mart.

You're right though. No one ever stalked anyone in Wal-mart.

I totally agree! When I worked with sexual preditors and had to escort them to their therapy session it was obvious that they got a certain thrill just going to talk about their "problems" and knowing that others shared their desires seemed to validate that what they felt was normal and fine because others had the same feelings. In reality, their group session was a social club where they all got to enjoy some titilating conversation which they could then enjoy playing back in their mind later.
