I could not agree more. talk about dropping the ball on this little boy. And the grandmother NOW saying she wants her grandson home, never asking her daughter where the baby is. PLEASE! I say arrest the whole darn bunch including those in Child Welfare who dropped the ball.

Sacramento County sheriff's detectives are investigating the possibility that a missing toddler who hasn't been seen since April of last year was given to a mysterious woman in Reno about that same time.

Inside a four-bedroom Elk Grove home, two brightly wrapped gifts sit atop a large stereo speaker in a corner of the living room.

Barbara Edwards bought the presents last Christmas, a set of blocks and another toy, then wrapped them in holiday paper and wrote in black marker, "Little Man, Dwight. Love, Granny."

Why is there only ONE picture of that baby ? That makes me sad and his expression in the ONE pic doesn't look like a happy , joyous baby at all. This is sounding very Dontrell ish and no one in the family went to police after questioning mom and getting weird answers for a YEAR? Come on ! I don't want to cast blame where it should not go but if you have a family member who's just not right and they give you strange tales about a baby, then you should report it . Poor kiddo.
 
Sacramento Mother Sentenced To 11 Years In Disappearance Of Baby Dwight

A Sacramento mother convicted for placing her child in extreme danger is now on her way to state prison.

Tanisha Edwards&#8217; son, baby Dwight Stallings, disappeared almost four years ago and has never been found.

No family members showed up when Edwards was sentenced to 11 years in prison on Friday.

The only time Edwards spoke during Friday&#8217;s sentencing was when she loudly corrected the judge&#8217;s pronunciation of her name.

This was so close to where I live. I can't believe I've never heard of this case before! :(
