Oh Julie Soracco, with big brown eyes so bright,
And hair as brown as autumn leaves in flight,
You vanished one day, in the year so long ago,
Leaving your sister with questions, and a heart full of woe.

She searches for answers, in the hopes of finding you,
For in her heart and soul, she knows what she must do.
She won't rest until the truth is revealed,
And your disappearance, finally unsealed.

Though many years have passed, she holds on to hope,
That you are out there, somewhere, in this vast world to cope.
She remembers the laughter, and the love you once shared,
And longs to hold you close, to show that she cared.

Oh Julie Soracco, her search will never end,
For in her heart and soul, she will be your lifelong friend.
She'll keep your memory alive, with every passing day,
Until the truth is found, and she'll finally be able to say,

"I've found you, my dear sister, after all these years,
Our bond is stronger now, wiping away all the tears."
She'll never give up, she'll never surrender,
For the love between sisters, will always remember.
So hold on to hope, and never lose faith,
For your sister's love for you, will always be great.

Ponderosa High School is 11 mins away from Placerville. The school colours are a dark green like in the photo.

'Tracy' might have been a student at Ponderosa High School in the 1977 time period and this is her id card with the green school color background.

Worth checking out. Trying to find an example of a PHS id card from that period or a year book to see if there's anything there.

Formally local to the area, I agree that that green is the same shade of dark green used by Pondo. No other schools in El Dorado County have green as part of their school colors. The other school's in the area I can remember having green colors would be Colfax HS (established 1959) and Placer HS (est 1897). Outside of Placer County, Mesa Verde HS (Sacramento, est. 1975) and Rio Americano (Sacramento, est. 1963) have green as part of their colors, but they're a bit further out.

Colfax highschool is about an 1 hr north of El Dorado HS. Placer HS is about a 45 mins north of El Dorado HS.
