I live in this area and Michael's case has haunted me for many years, he is only a few years older than me and I also used to camp with family at Frasier Flats campground which is near Sand bar flats. I wholeheartedly believe Joseph Tine killed Michael. I thought I had read that Joe Tine had moved to a remote area in northern Montana or Southern Canada. We have quite a few men who have gone missing recently in Tuolumne county, I can't help but wonder where Joe Tine is now, and what he is doing.

There's also some sets of unidentified remains found at Donnell Vista I can't find NamUs cases for, last I checked.
