Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies, along with the San Dimas Search and Rescue team, found the body shortly before 10:30 a.m. Saturday along mile marker 2.5 of San Gabriel Canyon Road in the Angeles National Forest north of Azusa.

Los Angeles County sheriff's detectives soon realized the body was related to the West Covina missing person case, and the investigation was turned over to the West Covina Police Department.

I'm going to be sick right with you. My family and I do cosplay and this scares the bejesus out of me. Rocky trusted this guy, they were friends. Rocky was paying him to create a costume for him. Wth could have happened to cause this monster to do this to someone who is their friend? I'm so heartbroken for Rocky's loved ones. 😢
