I missed a major portion of the bond hearing today - Cindy, George, and Lee Anthony, but did hear it (lost picture) from the detective on, including the dog handler, and the judge's decision. Was there any other witnesses that I missed?
The forensic evidence......first of all the dog hits on the grandparent's backyard - three separate locations in the backyard that the dog hit on, and the fact that a second dog/handler was brought in and not told where the first dog had hit, and got the same hits.
And secondly, the detective's statement that the dog hit on the car and specifically the trunk, and that in the trunk there was dirt, what appeared to be a stain, and hair consistent with the color/length of Caylee's. The car and evidence is still being processed.
I wouldn't be surprised to learn that when the forensic investigation is completed, there will be DNA evidence that Caylee was in the trunk of the car. I would also expect that the dirt found in the trunk will be consistent with the dirt in the grandparent's backyard.
I believe Caylee was killed and first buried in a shallow grave in the backyard of the grandparent's home. At a later date, when the grandparents were away from home, Casey returned to her parent's home, asked a neighbor if she could borrow a shovel, and dug Caylee up and re-buried her at another location.
What immediate came to mind as I heard the detective and the dog handler, was that lengthy interview with George and Cindy Anthony and how Cindy went on at length about how the shed was locked and about the child safety at her home.
A question for those familiar with Orlando. Where would someone bury a body?
