Circumstances of Recovery - An unidentified male, unknown age and race, was found in a grassy area near I-70 & N Pecos St. A surveyor with CDOT found the decedent during his inspection of the area. This male is suspected to be a homeless individual. It is unknown if he frequented the area.

A man’s body was found by a land surveyor during an inspection of an area near Interstate 70 and North Pecos Street on June 16, 2021. The victim was believed to be experiencing homelessness, according to the report. A multicolored suitcase was located near the victim.
