Police are passing out flyers in an effort to find a West High School student who has been missing since Monday.

Denver Police say 16-year-old Leticia Guerra-Montez is diabetic and needs insulin two or three times a day. Her mother says she's run away before, but not for this long.

The last time the teen ran away, she was treated at The Children's Hospital after being in critical condition from lack of insulin.

She's described as a Hispanic girl, 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighing about 168 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Hope she is found before it is too late. Denver is a rough place I've heard. It was one of the top dangerous cities. Being Hispanic myself, looking at the pics she probably hangs around gangs and on the streets. If she were my child, I would be walking the streets until I found her.
