A band member from Crosby, Stills & Nash has hit a jogger in a car accident in California.

Singer-songwriter David Crosby hit a jogger with his car Sunday evening, a spokesman said.

The accident happened in Santa Ynez, California, near where Crosby lives... The jogger suffered multiple fractures, and was airlifted to a hospital in Santa Barbara,*

Crosby was reported to be driving under the speed limit and not under the influence of any alcohol or drugs.
