DS's girlfriend's daughter does not state in this interview that DS had photos of Misty Croslin, risque or otherwise. Anybody got another link?

I have transcribed the relevant part of the interview with Ms Sanders and Mr Staubs and it does not say that there were risky or risqué photos of Misty among those photos.

Cobra: You know of Misty Cummings, the girls that's lost the kid? (unintelligible) seen her on tv and stuff. Have you ever seen him and her together?

Misty Sanders: I can't say that but the cops have pictures with him of hundreds of women. Hundreds of 'em.

Cobra: Hundreds of women?

Misty Sanders: He ran the escort service, he took one of 'em out west. Um, Peggy Cone told me that, asked me if I could ID my mom out of a picture because they couldn't pull up her ID. And that's when she followed the (unintelligible, sounds like county) that the pictures that they had gathered from his house was hundreds of 'em.

Cobra: Wow. What? And just normal pictures like him and the girls? Or risky?

Misty Sanders: Ah no. I'm gonna say more risky.

Cobra: More risky. Um-hmm. Yeah. Lets get the keys .....

I have bolded the word 'risky' above. Ms Sanders starts to speak over Cobra. It could sound like he's saying 'Misty', but he didn't.

The correct word to use in this instance is risqué, pronounced ris-kay, but they use risky, pronounced ris-key, which can sound like Misty.

Sorry, Beatrice but I'm a stickler for the facts. If I have transcribed the wrong interview, please let me know.

There is not one word contained in any link I have ever seen that connects Misty Croslin to Daniel Snodgrass. In fact, how was she supposed to have even KNOWN Snodgrass? He was arrested in December of 2007. In 2007, Misty was 15 and lived in New Jersey with the boyfriend she ran away with. After she was brought back by DCF, it was to Daytona where Lisa and Hank lived at the time. They moved to Putnam County shortly afterwards.

Daniel Snodgrass was arrested on December 19, 2007, and didn't make bond until April of 2008. A condition of his bond was a monitoring device to be worn at all times. How do you suppose he ran an escort service with one of those? How's he supposed to have ran some kind of risque photo shop while under constant monitoring?

Man Sentenced to Life for Tying Girl to Bed, Sexually Abusing Her

PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. -- Today a judge sentenced 58-year-old Daniel Snodgrass, a circus performer, to life in prison after he was found guilty of molestation and sexual battery charges.

Snodgrass was found guilty of tying a young girl under the age of 12 to his bed and sexually abusing her, according to a news release from the office of R.J. Larizza, State Attorney for the 7th Judicial Circuit of Florida.

A jury found Snodgrass guilty of sexual battery on a person less than 12 years of age, a capital felony, and two counts of lewd or lascivious molestation on a person under the age of 12, a life felony.

Once the jury returned the guilty verdicts, Circuit Judge Patti A. Christensen sentenced Snodgrass to life in prison, Larizza said.

A South Putnam man was convicted and sentenced to three life terms for sexual battery and molestation of a 9-year-old girl, an official from the Seventh Judicial District said.

According to Joe Boatwright, managing assistant state attorney, Daniel Snodgrass, 58, of Satsuma, was convicted of sexual battery on a victim less than 12 years old and two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation with a victim less than 12 years old.

"He was sentenced on all three counts to run concurrent," Boatwright said

I just can't express how much this is the best news ever !! Finally these girls have justice and this predator is locked up for the rest of his life so he can never hurt anyone again :rocker:

This has always been a burr for me and I was begining to think this day would never come................
