Concerning the 911 call " it smells like there's been a dead body in the damn car".
Maybe my common sense is skewed but I just don't see how it can be kept out at trial as it was the call that alerted LE to a "missing" child. If that call hadn't been made God only knows when Caylee's remains would have been stumbled upon by some poor unsuspecting person traipsing through that area.

I find it VERY telling that the defense is so determined to keep these items out of the trial. Most interesting to me is the fact they would try to keep out the 911 calls. It was in those calls that it was first mentioned there was a missing child at all. What possible grounds can there be to legally keep that out? I can see where the pictures BEFORE Caylee was missing could be construed as non-relevant, but WHILE she was missing? I would think EVERYTHING Casey did during that time period is relevant, because Caylee's life hung in the balance. And the 911 call or calls? Certainly they ARE relevant, right? I hope the judge makes a wise ruling on this one.

Anyone know when this motion is going to be denied? LOL see how confident I am it will be denied.
