I didn't contact anyone (except a couple people who like you who comment on investigations and a person on twitter who follows the same thing, couple of people have submitted tips) I don't want them to get in trouble for me not getting enough info though, i don't want to push it if it's not him or get an innocent person in trouble..., i submitted tips online, (i did go on the portland PD facebook page and sent them a screenshot and the person wrote a message saying "I don't know what you mean by this") I don't know who to contact directly who is involved in the investigation, i just feel really stupid if I do call them up, since all I have to go off of is his one pic and a few facts i learned about him last night if they are even true, since they say he's a pathological liar... I'm not sure how I could call someone and tell them I think it's him without them looking at his picture. I posted earlier that I had spoken to this guy who I think is Chafe online, and i was trying to get some info out of him, and I found it odd when I asked him if he liked younger girls and he said "i'm not into the 18 look" --- so that made me rethink sending anymore info to the FBI or whoever is in charge... he made himself sound like he was much younger when in his fact he looks pretty older than 33... he also said he looks young.. i don't know what to think. This guy says his name is Jeff, and when i looked back on his customer details, he has been a customer since 2002 on the "phone sex" site i use to do my services. From what I gathered about this guy, he seems to come off as unreal and its hard to believe if the police really have all the info to put him all over the internet, can i really believe his birthday really is AUGUST 5, 1958, did chafe make up his birth certificate too? who are his parents?? what kind of guy is this??? They are saying he said he was from Ireland, this man "Jeff" tells me he is American Indian, polish, he called himself a "mutt", i had to look this up last night cuz I didn't know what he meant by that
