I think he confused some of the years, ie '09 and '10 in his closing. Hope the jury didn't get confused.

Detective Wallace was making comments on the live feed thread....hope he does not get called before the Judge....he was not saying anything about case just checking in...
 
Gloria Gomez myfoxtampabay just reported the Jury should get the case between 3:00 and 4:00 today.

Also. had the clip with DD's "personal body guard" being escorted out. Not much in the way of her interview though.
 
I saw a whole lotta proof of stealing but not that much proof of the murder. I know with fairly good certainty that she was the one and only killer but is this enough to proove it to the jury? I missed the voi dire and the 1st 2 days of testimony Ive been looking for it too can anyone send a link to that. Wondering what kind of people are on this jury?

I thought the same thing until the last video of her being questioned was played Friday. She told two different stories about being there when Abraham was shot with her gun (one in which she watched it happen) and tried to pin it on three different people (including an undercover detective and her 14 year old son).

Her stories were so ridiculous and self-serving, even involving her not knowing if Abraham was dead and not even checking on him to see if he could be saved, that I don't see any way the jury doesn't say - her gun, she was there, everything else is an obvious fabrication to cover herself - she shot Abraham.
 
I can only imagine what Baez would have done with this case.... tee he he
 
What's going on? It's crazy at work and now I'm behind on the trial. :banghead:
