FL - Michelle Aranda, 28, homicide, found deceased in her apt, Miami, 4 May 2017

Wow that's a long time for a charismatic, busy and involved girl to suddenly go unnoticed for...seems strange to me that she wouldn't have even one friend who would notice her silence? So sad. Poor family...my heart breaks for them.

I certainly hope we get some details from Primetime Justice because the Miami Herald isn't telling us much. Was there any sign of forced entry? Were her purse and keys missing? Any signs of a struggle? How many days was she off work and why? Are there any security cameras in the apartment, hallways or parking (garage) area? Etc. :detective:

Could someone have her phone? Perhaps they have been texting and emailing with her friends and family as her, saying she's sick or something?

come background info:

Aranda worked for Waste Management as an environmental solution specialist. The University of North Texas graduate moved from Dallas to Miami about three years ago,

The 28-year-old woman had an adventurous spirit. Records show that she got a pilot's license last year. She was a student at the Flying Academy at the Kendall-Tamiami Executive Airport.

Aranda lived at the Serenity on the River Apartments in Miami's Allapattah neighborhood and shared sunset photos of her water view on social media.

They were also still looking for her car -- a black MINI Cooper with a white top and Florida tag EAC Z50.

Not much new here, but at least it is getting some publicity. AS FAR AS WE KNOW, the car is the key. And, believe me we don't know much. I hope MPD is on top of this. Seemed like such a great person. Sad.
Too bad there aren't amber alerts for missing cars. Probably have BOLO's on overheads, but a week or so too late.

Hopefully he still has the phone and it was or can be tracked to his location.

Other locations where the phone had been should be checked also. Such as business which have surveillance cameras to maybe see who has the phone or if her car was there.

I think sometimes ppl who seem to be great successes, are busy a lot so they may not be noticed missing right away unless they miss an appt. idk why her workplace hadn't noticed.
The person with her phone probably emailed her employer to say that she was sick or had a family emergency or something.
