I don't know if this helps or not, but in the case of KC Anthony; her phone pinged off a tower that was close to where her home was but also where Cayee's body was found. They also had the problem of when a tower was busy, the next available tower pinged that single. So Jeff Aston was explaining that they could never pin point her at the exact location off Suburban drive with that tower ping. I don't have a link per say on this, it was an interview with Jane V.

KC's phone however was not an IPhone or even a smart phone IIRC. Smart Phones are much easier to track than regular cell phones, and Iphones are much easier to track than most other smart phones.. per my DD who is a tech for a major cell phone company.

Right, but they still use the same towers. So they have a better chance tracking it by the phone, but if they have to use tower information because the phone is powered down, that is all they have... or am I missing something, I usually am

What is our time frame for this crime? She arrives at 3:18, but when is Dale contacted and accounted for, other than his family stating where he was? If LE was at his condo at let's say 10pm, are we going with 6 hours and 42 minutes? Or are we going with the 72 minutes MN put out there?????

I really want to use the whole 6 hours and 42 minutes. Unfortunately, I think that the 72 minutes is going to be what we are stuck with, for now anyway.

If I remember correctly, DS Sr stated that Dale was "there" the whole time, meaning at his parent's house. If that is his alibi, then anyone that was at that house would need to be willing to lie about whether or not DS Jr actually left. If his father said, "He was with me the whole time." Then, we could infer that the two of them were together, but not at the parent's home.

I'd also like to know who else was there that night. I think that DS Sr would be more likely to say nothing at all if he was lying. I wonder though if DS Sr and others went to bed early and maybe aren't aware that DS Jr left the house. If that is the case, then DS Sr isn't really lying.

I think this is "key" who all saw Dale at Dale sr home and for how long? I am assuming the kids were at the house, with Sr and Co. But even that is an assumption, anyone could have taken the kids out for McDonalds, or Ice cream, leaving father and son alone at the Rose Blvd address. So many lose ends we need to tie up. If they went to bed early it would have to be around 9pm because of LE getting Dale back to his condo and out by 11:00 or so.

I also have an iPhone. I don't use any of the apps for locating my phone or anything that is GPS enabled. Does the accuracy for location of the phone decrease if the phone is moving? In other words, if you were on a major interstate traveling at 65MPH, would the ability to track the phone be more limited?

I agree w/ what Bern said. I tracked my daughter on the turnpike from Orlando to our house & it was accurate to the seconds. Comes in very handy when you have a teenager! LOL!

We also have to keep in mind that Yvonne called him that night & his Mom answered & said he wasn't there. He called her back. We still haven't heard what phone she called (cell, parents land line, his land line @ condo). Wish they would clarify the time she called & got Mrs DS1, what number she called, what time he returned the call & what # he called from. Sure would help.

The picture was obtained on another page of this thread. I copied it and have compared the shadows with the photos taken at 12:29 today. The shadows in this picture will give you an idea of how the shadow effect. The road DS Jr lives on runs kinda east to west and his unit is on the south side of the roadway which really helps with the shadow time. I have looked at each one of these four photos in the frame and would have to go with the shadow to tell the time on each as the bottom two, do not have the time stamp due to the channel 6 banner. It seems to be the following picture frame goes in this order:

Bottom Right - 1st Photo in Video (Shows MP Hummer Arriving)
Bottom Left - 2nd Photo in Video (Shows White Van Arriving)

Top Right (Time Stamp is 16:40) - 3rd Photo in Video (Shows White Van with Greystone Metalic Hummer Leaving) IMO This was not MP's Hummer

Top Left Time Stamp is 17:17)- 4th Photo in Video (Shows White Van with IMO MP's Hummer leaving Decals removed, Tire Cover removed and Rims Simulators Removed or Painted Black - Basically stripped down also show maroon color vehicle.

For everyones view is some additional photos to verify that DS Jr. lives in the same building in which the video was taken from. Below will show the address which is verified by the OC Property Appraisers office as being 6598 and the black vehicle was parked there today along with the white van. DS Jr. condo unit is at the end of the roadway that T junctions.

There were two LE officers parked within his complex:woohoo: IMO they are keeping a very close eye on him

So, is anyone else wondering about the entire "day" of Thursday, 11/17 and why we have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING DISCUSSING MICHELLE'S MOVEMENTS FOR THIS ENTIRE DAY??.. because I am wondering and am puzzled as to why in the Timeline of the day 11/17 up until just couple days ago that timeline literally begins 3 minutes before Michelle arrives at the last time, person, and place that she was seen?!? WTH?? Seriously 3 minutes that's it with it beginning with a 3:15pm text to new bf, Nate.. And we know she arrived at Dale's condo 3 minutes later at 3:18pm.. And then just couple days ago we learn from Lauren that she and mom had last seen Michelle leaving the salon at 2:30pm.. That's it and that's all we have for the entire day of 11/17?!?!

I mean I would like to know what, where, and with who Michelle spent that entire day?? We know she was free of the kids(11yr old@school, twins@daycare) so what did Michelle do all day long?? Does no one else find it strange that in a timeline of a missing person we have literally only a few minutes, less than even one hour of the movements of the victim on the day she disappeared?? It blows my mind!! I mean the entire long and detailed timeline of 11/17 consists of nothing whatsoever involving the actual victim's movements, events, and times minus the first very few minutes of 2:30pm-3:18pm which to our knowledge consists mainly of drive time except when she exited the vehicle to physically sign out/pick-up the twins from daycare, them immediately back into the vehicle to finish off those last few minutes again driving to her final destination of Dale's condo..

I'm just left baffled at the media/reporters lack of reporting ANY OF THE DETAILS OF WHAT WAS QUITE POSSIBLY THIS WOMAN's LAST DAY HERE ON THIS EARTH???..
hello?? Michelle Parker is the victim here.. She is the one who is missing.. Might not the movements and details of her entire day leading up to her abduction be of dire importance here??.. I mean I know from following other cases I've seen that it's what's in those details and times that much of the time major of importance information or clues are found to be within these vastly important last actions, reactions, and events of a victim?!?!

Just to give a little bit of an example of what I mean by this being extremely odd and IMO NOT ordinary in there being absent any reporting or accounting of this woman's entire day, save the last minutes prior to her disappearance.. Take for instance the Holly Bobo case for which I have my personal timeline Of the day of her abduction..the intricate details and accounting of her movements leading up to her abduction outnumber Michelle by 1000% and might I add that Holly Bobo disappeared at 7:40am as in just a few hours after her getting up!!! Yet I have her timeline literally in incriments of minutes, not hours.. The vast majority of her timeline is including her!!! The vast majority of Michelle's Timeline doesn't even have her In it??!?! Do others not see something wrong with that?! Because I certainly do!!jmo, tho!!

Look I totally get that Dale Jr is very likely the responsible perp for what's happened to Michelle but IMO this reporting obsession of digging up the past is way played out and has been over emphasized in the media.. I mean my God we wanted to convince the judge of the pattern of abuse that Jr has, but.. Well.. The judge saw it differently and now the medias harping on it is certainly not gonna change the custody of these precious babies.. So for me, personally I believe that it's all as clear as bell about Dale Jr's record and violent behaviors..again I'll say I believe it is Dale Jr who is responsible for Michelle's disappearance but my point is the digging a d continued rehashing of Dale's history is not solving this case, it's not finding Michelle, and it's not gonna result in an arrest either..

It's the here and the now that's gonna do that(please don't get me wrong I believe his history is extremely vital to this case but it alone solves nothing nor progresses this case forward in any way whatsoever..jmo).. And the here and now that I believe to be of extreme importance and that the details can progress this case.. Hell.. The devils in the details and it just may help in some way figuring out where Michelle is..
Everything she did that entire day is of grave importance, the ppl she talked/texted with, the conversations she had that day.. It's those extremely important things that should be reported on and dug up..

Someone mentioned upthread about the extremely early on reporting that Michelle had met Nate for coffee that Thursday morning(11/17).. Why nothing else spoken of this?? Is that factual??(if not I can see why we've not seen it reported since).. But you'd think we'd ATLEAST have heard something more about that report..

There's an entire day missing from our timeline!!! And it's the day that our victim, Michelle Parker went missing!!! Why is that!?!? I can tell you it's not normal nor a standard way a missing PERSON's timeline is structured that's for sure..

Anyone else bothered by this or find it the least bit strange??
Or anyone have some of the details of that day that we could begin to fill in for Michelle's timeline..
I just cannot stress how very important that I believe this to be..

But of course as always this is nothing more than jmo, tho!!
