GUILTY FL - Murder Plot Gone Wrong, Dalia Dippolito Captured in YouTube Video

Only 16 years in prison...what happened to this freaking country???
Anyways that man...her ex-husband...he wasn't so smart when he married her....I mean how could marry an ex-escort and being called smart and normal?

I hope this is the last time the justice system has to deal with her and that she’s doing her time in a tough prison that isn’t allowing her to manipulate everyone. Perhaps she’ll learn a lesson from all this and live a law abiding life after her release, although I’m kind of doubting it.

MOO

It won't be the last time...this sxxt is gonna rob, fraud, stole or kill somebody else.
A man, of course.
She will be freed in a few years for sure (you know "good behaviour in prison", "shock probation" and other judicial BS)

Mike Dippolito wasn’t that surprised when he learned from investigators that his then-wife, Dalia Dippolito, was trying to hire a hit man to kill him with the help of a former lover.

The shocking tale, which gained national attention when it was featured on the TV showsCops” and “20/20,” is now being analyzed in the new season of Oxygen’s true-crime docuseries “Murder for Hire” premiering Oct. 5. The show, from executive producer Dick Wolf, of “Law & Order” fame, explores the dark world of contract killings, highlighting some of the most shocking murder-for-hire cases ever caught on tape from across the country.

"Murder for Hire" premieres Oct. 5 at 6 p.m. on Oxygen. The Associated Press contributed to this report.

Florida man's former escort wife tried hiring a hit man: 'I was praying it wasn't her'

How Dalia Dippolito is managing prison life and her legal team's hope for a new trial

In September 2019, the Florida Supreme Court rejected without comment a request from Dippolito for the court to review her 2017 conviction. Her defense team had tried to put the case before the U.S. Supreme Court, but in February the court declined to hear it.

“We’re still fighting,” Claypool said. “We plan on filing a motion with a federal judge asking that judge to review the third trial for constitutional violations against Dalia Dippolito. So we have one last chance to get Dalia a new trial... we haven't given up hope.”

While serving out her prison sentence, Dippolito has been leading a bible study group behind bars, Claypool said.

“She's very well respected in jail for her faith,” he said.

Just been listening this morning on a new Casefile episode covering this story...

I wonder how is this legal team financed, is her family so suportive?

It is so interesting, how this woman has been manipulating all those men around, the ex, the affair, then the baby father, wow!

Not to mention her attorneys, who fell all over her with complete unprofessional behavior. Talk about crossing lines of conduct. I swear that one creep attorney Greg something..who had just gotten married was under her spell, enamored with her. Just listen to his arguement at sentencing. Ugh. Disgusting. She’s hideous and i have NO CLUE what men see in her , other than her regions down below..

Lol I love it when they pull out the bible defence. How many years off do you get if you can quote the bible?
