WHERE did JH get a computer after he left his with the roommates?

HOW did JH pay for his credit card - where did he get the money? He was fired for 'losing it' and having a severe temper. He must have had a bank account if LE matched bank transactions with downloads of *advertiser censored*. Where did he get his money?

Easy.
His alibi gave him money.

Jarred Harrell appear before a Clay County judge this morning for the second time in two days, this time on charges of molesting a young child and 12 counts of child *advertiser censored*.

County Judge Richard Townsend returned Harrell to the Clay County jail without bail on the charges, lewd and lascivious conduct on a chuld under 12 and producing child *advertiser censored* - which were in an arrest warrant served on Harrell Wednesday a few hours after he faced Townsend on 29 counts of child *advertiser censored*.

Harrell was returned to the Clay jail on $1 million bail in the first case.

One thing that appeared different about Harrell today is that he was wearing a thick smock-like body cover designed to prevent inmates from ripping any clothing they are wearing to commit suicide. Harrell is being held in isolation in the jail.

Townsend scheduled arraignments for Harrell on March 10 both cases for next month.

ETA: well that answers my question about the bail. Even if his family can raise the money on the other charges, that one will keep him behind bars until trial.

Also, I'm betting he's on 1:1 observation, suicidal or not. They aren't taking any chances.

so where is Mommy dearest? Not there for her son?

I wonder if she said that she's his alibi to tell him not to spill anything about what goes on. KWIM?

So, they must suspect him to try to killl himself. That wouldn't shock me.

It was all fine and well when his secrets were hidden, now the world knows what a monster he is so he is feeling the pressure of public hate and humiliation. GOOD!

I hope they are successful in preventing him from killing himself so he will have to face what he's done and not take the "easy" way out.

He disgusts me.

I was discussing this with DH last night and got so heated he had to remind me to calm down. I just want to hurt him. I'm so sickened by his face. I have not felt this way since I saw the monster who killed Shaniya in court with a smug look on his face.

Please Lord, be with Somer's family and make sure this pig gets what he deserves.

It might be a standard procedure they use with anyone facing such charges, then again he didn't have the protective suit on yesterday during the appearance (he may well have had it removed during the time he was in court).

IMO, I doubt he voiced suicidal intent but rather the CCSO is taking NO chances anything happens to him before they resolve both cases against him.

She could ID him.

Or she could have had injuries, bruises, or marks from being hit, beaten, bitten, raped, or etc etc etc that he knew were too obvious and someone would notice, may have needed medical attention, knew she wouldn't keep quiet about etc.

He may have been more 'enthusiastic' than in the past. She may have been less compliant/docile than previous child/children and he hit her.

There's a myriad of reasons why these perps escalate to killing.

Wouldn't surprise me to find he is suicidal and all "poor me" . typical selfish behavior, no remorse for their victim , the only remorse is for being caught! I am trying hard to remain open minded until I see if charges are brought concerning Somer, but it's hard. Now that he has been charged with the molestation makes it even harder. But regardless from what has been brought to light I am in no doubt that this this has physically hurt at least one child and he gets no sympathy or defense from me! Some poor child is going to have to live and deal with the damage he has caused them for the rest of their lives. Whose image will likely be floating around the world wide web for eternity. ONE that we know he has been accused of!

My concern is the content of the second call where Harrell implies that none of the search and seizure stuff was signed by a judge.

I find that difficult to believe-I am certain that he is not a scapegoat in this case....

Article regarding interrogations - http://www.firstcoastnews.com/news/local/news-article.aspx?storyid=152466&catid=3

DiFranza spent 20 years with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. These days, the former officer teaches interrogation skills to law enforcement from all over the country at the University of North Florida's Institute of Police Technology Management. "There's a whole series of things that occur," said DiFranza.

DiFranza said going into an interrogation, investigators usually have all the evidence and facts stacked up against a suspect or person of interest.

"The questions are designed hopefully based upon the information that you have, not only the information you have on the crime scene or the crime itself, but also this particular individual."

In essence, the interrogation is simply a conversation with a purpose.
"What we do in law enforcement is we do that with a much more serious purpose to try to create this case that is based on facts and connect it with this particular individual," said DiFranza.

The main technique DiFranza teaches is building a connection with a person of interest like Harrell to keep the conversation and information flowing.
"Anybody who's listened to anybody talk before, you know when someone is trying to be deceptive with you or lie to you, and the same is reversed when you're interviewing someone."

The ultimate purpose? Getting an admission or confession, or even determining the person being interrogated was not involved in the crime after all.
"Somebody who has absolutely no remorse or no emotion associated with what they did is not going to confess. It's simply not going to happen," said DiFranza.
