WELCOME to Websleuths, SeekingWisdom!!

While I'll admit to being [ever so] slightly biased, I think you'll find that the dedicated individuals here *[(in the WS Forensic Astrology (posters & Astros) section)]* comprise the 'best of the best' for selfless & compassionate people ANYWHERE on the net!!

Again, welcome, and enjoy!

Hi again and thank you for your answer. I should have been more specific in what I was asking. I'm wondering if the charts show any involvement from other persons with regards to clean up and concealment of Annie's body...not an accomplice to her murder. I'm wondering if the perp had help "after the fact", not during the process. I can't get it out of my head...my notes point to him having help with the cleanup and hiding of Annie's body. Sorry for the confusion.

I logged off then remembered I posed this question...hurried to see if you all answered...been on Websleuths for the entire day and I can't hold my eyes open anymore. Hope you have a nice night.

Goodnight. Jersey

Astrological examination reveals no accomplice before, during or after the fact.

Thanks,
Soulscape

........

In one of the online news reports yesterday, it stated that Clark was at the Super 8 motel with his father. It then went on to say that his father was a frequent guest at the motel. I just found that odd. If they live in that area, why would his father be a frequent guest there.....drugs, alcohol, marital issues????

They have marital issues, if what's printed in the article below is true.

"Clark's parents, Raymond John Clark Jr. and Diane Clark, are separated, according to a person familiar with the family who spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the nature of the charges."

Yale suspect's floor scrubbing raised suspicions
November 13, 2009

Authorities said they also found in the building a pair of work boots labeld "Ray-C" that had blood-like stains on them, and a hospital scrub shirt with blood-like stains that was similar to the shirt Clark wore.

Le entered her lab, known as G13, at 10:11 a.m. Sept. 8. Clark's card shows he accessed the victim's lab at about 10:40 a.m. and again at 11:04 a.m. and no other locations for 46 minutes.

Clark's key card was the only one used to access a room where blood was found after Le entered the building, according to the affidavit.

"Clark's movements after this entry are considered uncharacteristic for his normal movements throughout his work day," the affidavit states.

He used his key card to gain entry into the room where Le worked and another room 55 times from 10:40 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. the day Le disappeared, according to the affidavit.

Lab Technician Pleads Not Guilty in Murder of Yale Grad Student

Tuesday, January 26, 2010
Associated Press
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,583929,00.html

NEW HAVEN, Conn — An animal research technician charged with killing a Yale University graduate student pleaded not guilty Tuesday to murder and a new charge of felony murder.

Raymond Clark III is accused of strangling 24-year-old Annie Le, of Placerville, Calif., in September, five days before her planned wedding. He appeared in New Haven Superior Court on Tuesday in an orange jumpsuit with his hands and legs shackled to enter the pleas and to waive his right to a probable cause hearing at which he could have challenged whether prosecutors had enough evidence to try him.

Clark’s lawyers to seek release of his car

A judge is expected to decide today whether a car owned by Raymond Clark III and seized by police in September will be returned to Clark’s family, said Joseph Lopez, one of Clark’s lawyers.

According to warrants released in December, police discovered a pair of bloody white Converse sneakers, stained hospital scrubs and a dark garbage bag in the red 2000 Ford Mustang, shared by Clark — who pleaded not guilty in January to the murder of Annie Le GRD ’13 — and his fiancee, Jennifer Hromadka. Now, the defense has asked the judge to order police to return the Mustang because they say the car contains no evidence linking Clark to a crime, Lopez said.

Clark’s family is suffering “undue hardship” because one of Clark’s family members, whom Lopez declined to name, co-signed a loan in order for Clark to buy the car and has to make monthly payments on the loan, according to the request.

In addition to the hearing on the car, the prosecution and defense will meet with Fasano in private today to discuss how the case is going.

Clark himself will be at the courthouse today to meet with his lawyers, Lopez said, though he declined to comment on what they will discuss. The defense has not yet decided whether Clark will appear in public, Lopez said.

Waddock said he would not comment on what business might be conducted on the record today.

When I read this story back in September of '09 I said to myself I would never watch the news again. It broke my heart. I did however follow this case for awhile but then a few months ago I decided it was best to leave it alone but I still find myself curious. All of this evidence and its taking so long to go to trial. What gives?

There are so many sick minded people in this world. Why do so many people believe that murdering someone is the only option for their problems? If any problems even exist at all? I do hope for justice in this case. I am not worried whether or not if justice will be done or not because I know with all of the evidence its just a matter of time. In any case, there will be another justice that no lawyer can convince otherwise and that justice is God.

(CNN) -- A Yale lab technician charged in the strangling murder of a Yale graduate student less than a week before she was to be married plans to plead guilty, his attorney said Wednesday.

Public defender Joseph Lopez said his client, Raymond Clark III, will plead guilty in New Haven, Connecticut, Superior Court on Thursday as part of a plea bargain, though he would not divulge the details of the agreement. Clark had originally pleaded not guilty in January 2010.

R.I.P., Annie Le.

Raymond Clark III is sentenced to 44 years for the sexual assault and murder of Annie Le

http://www.latimes.com/news/nationworld/nation/la-na-yale-killing-20110318,0,7874778.story

As part of a plea deal, Clark, 26, will be sentenced to 44 years in prison, a prosecutor said. Clark is tentatively scheduled to be sentenced May 20.

Prosecutor David Strollo said Le's family was notified about plea negotiations throughout the process. Some of them agreed with the sentence, though some wanted more prison time, he said.
