The Ascendant co-ruler, Pluto sits in the House of self-defense and money issues, House 2. Also, ruler of both day and hour is Jupiter, ruler of that House 2. The trial being opposed is about money and does worry Defense in its relation to the capital case but aside from those truths, financing this multiple action prosecution and defense to it has become a real problem for both State and for the defense. Even the Moon is in the money Sign, Taurus, money a serious headache now and looking ahead to the Moon's eventual square to Jupiter-Neptune.

We are fast losing the Sign Aquarius as the background for release of the infirmary tape but look how close Mercury is to the south node, always directly opposite the north node and found at 0°32' Leo. Clerk Of Courts Creating Funding Controversy

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- The clock is ticking in Orange County. In just three weeks, jury trials could grind to a halt, because the clerk of courts, Lydia Gardner, is still refusing to pay for them. But Friday, a county commissioner said Gardner says she can afford it.

The infighting could put dozens of trials in jeopardy.

Summonses have gone out for jurors through August 6, but Gardner says she's not sending any more. The chief judge says Gardner is playing games with the justice system over politics and a power struggle.

Orange County's jury system almost went dark overnight. Gardner pulled funding immediately on June 29, citing "fiscal constraints." But around the same time, she told Orange County Commissioner Scott Boyd she did have the money.

"Lydia called and said the clerk of courts has the capability of taking on jury services and saving the taxpayers dollars there," Boyd said.

Gardner funded the $360,000 a year jury program, but didn't run it because of past problems. Chief Judge Belvin Perry quickly got $219,000 from the county to keep it going, but now Gardner says she wants all or nothing.

"Maybe someone should look at her budget and see just how much money she has and what she's spending it on," Judge Perry said.

Eyewitness News left emails and voicemails a week ago for Gardner and never heard back from her, so WFTV reporter Kathi Belich went to her office Friday to try to get some answers and find out what's going on.

"She is not gonna be able to meet with you," a staffer told Belich Friday.

"Why is that?" Belich asked.

"She's in a meeting right now and she's actually on a call," the staffer said.

"I can wait until the meeting is over," Belich said.

"She's not gonna meet with you today," the staffer said.

Gardner wants Eyewitness News to make another written request to talk to her, besides the one made a week ago, and won't guarantee she will.

There could be a showdown in two weeks when she and Judge Perry make budget pitches to county commissioners.

A Websleuther could lean back and study the Baez-Lyon memorandum with a magnifying glass. One fact hard to ignore---but it was ignored---is that it was Defense that first asked for the delay and reordering of the fraud, forgery & larceny trial in November. Defense wanted this trial put back until after the murder case. State has been more than patient and so have the victim$. What the State does in light of acts by the defendant in a murder case is the State's right to do. In the eyes of Lady Justice, the fraud, forgery & larceny are on another track altogether. If defendant doesn't like the complications of two trials, antecedent self-restraint was the answer, in Spring 2008.

Now back on topic, did you also notice that Baez insists that BoA is satisfied since they got their money.....which by they way they did not receive until just over a year later? Yet, in BoA's letter they say thanks for the money but we'll still see you in court.

One more thing, who came of the idea that when he and the Lyon sign documents they should list their titles as "one of the attorneys for Casey Anthony"? Is it b/c neither Baez nor the Lyon can agree as to who's the lead attorney? If that's the case, why not just say attorney? The whole "one of the attorneys" thing seems so elementary.

(Each is equidistant from the Midheaven or meridian.) Already in the original chart on Thread 10 is the fact that Venus is parallel Mars at the Midheaven. There are 75 pounds of steam behind this effort toward release of the tape, presently. That is due to all these planets plus the judicial Midheaven acting in concert. Mercury in Leo is also in cooperative sextile with Mars in II today and tomorrow, creating amazing break-out opportunities. The radio station granted intervenor status on July 7 may be finalizing its position papers. I wonder what the O. Sentinel is doing? Wow! There is effort to go beyond the Florida Sunshine Laws and into U.S. Constitutional grounds. Very, very impressive!

I guess what I meant by tooting your own horn was let that knowledge keep flowing as many of us feel deeply that your needed here, if only for helping we members stay the course for Calyee. I don't normally bring religon into my postings but today I feel the need to say, "God Bless" us all for continuing Caylee's earthly job of getting to the core of truth. I feel strongly that Caylee with her innocent grace tried to bring her angelic truth to this family and her death she did. Regardless how many times this family trys to manipulate in life there will come a time when there will be no more mistruths to tell and hide behind. Regarding House 12- confinement, prisons, institutions and also Uranus (unpredictable) playing in to this.
Could it be an unexpected determination by Strickland to go ahead w/ the Amy H trial, get it out of the way, guarantee REAL prison time for KC somewhere else versus the county jail that currently absorbs the $costs$ of 'holding' her there; also with the intent of making sure she has an exisiting FELONY conviction at the time of the murder trial.

Her defense couldn't say to a jury, she has no prior record.

The court & prosecution are growing Impatient? and angrywith all the maneuvers and the truckload of motions that are coming in.

The defense has a duty to exercise the rights of their client. Unfortunately, with Baez standing to her side, inflated chest and all, Ms Lyons made the mistake of announcing in an interview following a court date, there would be many motions filed. Meantime, they've ask the court to delay the case so she can go over the the evidence thus far, yet she knew before she was officially placed on record as the lead DP attorney, many motions would be filed.
The casual observer 'hears' and interprets this as " expect delay after delay after delay."

Frankly, I don't believe Judge Strickland cares to waste court time and $dollars$ re-learning the meaning and purpose of every possible motion in the book she intends to layout. Not to mention her probable grandstanding at all the hearings regarding the same ( gotta promote her name and that book ).
Save it for the classroom Ms. Lyons.

The public's interest is driven by the desire to see JUSTICE for Caylee, not a mother who kept a secret about her 'missing' daughter, only to be brought to the attention of Law Enforcement when the grandmother made the call 31 days after her granddaughter's last breath was taken.

My hope is the angry & frustrated Mars w/ unpredictable Uranus as seen from the Midheaven, forces/influences the courts to step up to the plate and get the ball rolling.
