There is not a lot to compare, but the resemblance is so strong that IMO, it's worth putting up for discussion.

Her last contact with her father was by telephone and possibly from Atlanta.

A lot of questions remain on this possible:
* What is Jennifer's height?
* Does Jennifer have a gap between 8&9?
* What is the estimated postmortem interval on the UID?
* Were the remains too decomposed to detect her Sickle Cell Anemia?

I just called this one in to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. The woman who answered took down my name and number, and said that she would be fowrarding this to an investigator.

Doe Network created a casefile for Jennifer Cole, and included her height (5'9").

http://www.doenetwork.org/cases/3038dftx.html

Her height is way off from the UID's estimate (5'1" to 5'4").

No ruleouts listed. She has DNA, with dentals and fingerprint information available elsewhere. Maybe the new fingerprint technology could turn up a match?

Circumstances:

Along I85, Jackson Co.
Police made a routine traffic stop. The person stopped asked authorities to relieve himself in the woods. Found remains once he jumped the guard rail. Remains of a decomposed black female, almost fully clothed. Female had been deceased for a few days to several weeks.

I wonder if something could be off on Ms. Jenkins last contact date information? Does anyone have further knowledge on her case? She is indicated as last seen on July 3, last contact on September 11 in both NCMEC and Namus; her Charleyproject case file indicates missing since July 3.

If something is off here, and she is missing since July 3, then she meets the physical stats (age, ht) and timeframe. I do see good physical resemblance with one of her pictures (Ms. Jenkins is the middle photo below) and 2 of the reconstructions. Noting that she is not smiling in any of her photos. Distance is somewhat significant, however not unreasonable.

Amber Jenkins
