Does either case have a trial date set? These are trial motions but it's going to take forever to hear them all.

Nope neither one has a trial date set. The last hearing for Leon was on 9/2/22 & for Tanya on 6/30/22. This case is moving forward VERY slowly....

I really doubt the Judge will sustain the motions, my guess is the vast majority will be overruled. Could smell of a delay tactic, or they could all just be form motions they expect to be denied, but they want to make sure to do their due diligence to exclude the harmful evidence, and reserve their rights on (potential) mistrial/appeal.

If they delay too much longer, Tanya and Leon might see heaven's judgement before their trial... (Not as a threatening statement at all, just pointing out neither of them is the picture of health)

Seems the defense is trying to say nothing Tripp says should be inserted to evidence. strange
 
Just noticed the Judge's name - it is Daniel Craig - maybe he is too busy making Bond movies to get this show on the road....
