Principle used a bullhorn to announce how and when (approx 15min) they will release the kids. Reassured that everyone inside are ok. kids will be bussed to a church to get their kids, church is approx 1/2 block away. (going off of livestream)

These parents must be beside themselves having to wait so long to see their children. I would be livid! I really think this school needs to reassess their emergency plan, because from where I'm sitting, they don't have one!

mother of student shot says he told her they were in between classes, the other student came up to him and started talking "smack" to him, he pulled out gun, student turned to run and shot in back of head, bullet went through tissue and came out, he's conscious and alert, doing okay, detectives talking to him
