I stand corrected. This is NOT the medical examiner that did #trayvonmartin autopsy. She is chief of district covering Jacksonville.

She was asked to consult and asked for everything available..including a re-enactment of shooting..2 records from the clinic that treated GZ...reports and photos from LE and ME, toxicology report..

Asking her about GZs injuries...showing her photos of GZ taken at scene and asked her was she provided those...yes...on back of head, 2 lacerations, so minor that the PA told GZ that no stitches were required...agrees not a life threatening injury...
From video at LE that night GZ appeared walking with no problem and very alert.

She does agree could be consistent with one strike with a concrete area...Guy asks if a one strike on concrete would cause more than one injury? yes...She mentions dictionary.. objection, sidebar...

Guy comes back and continues direct...all injuries could come from a single blow.

Are injuries consistent with GZ being beaten a dozen times, no

She says had to strain to look and try to see what OM is suggesting, if the injuries, bruises he mentions were there, you could see them...

He asks her for max of hits..she says I don't know, you have to give me a scenario and I can see if possible...he asks about 6 hits/ she says no, he asks why, she said because the injuries are so minor...

Swelling and bruising are joined and are one hit...not two...jury can make that determination...yes..

OM..how many on the back? one in her opinion...more hits to back? possible?

Court in session...OM brings up an objection to judge about the state requesting GZs school/college records when he studied criminal justice or wanted to ride with police.

Mr. Mantei: State returns and says they have 4 witnesses to introduce, brought up during Hannity interview that GZ had knowledge regarding police techniques and laws.

OM goes on with judge about he was not allowed to get Trayvon's school records, and doesn't think state should be able to get GZs. Judge explains to him that state has a basis to do this per their stated exhibits on GZs course work on his degree including a certificate from a class in criminal justice. She agrees that all his courses would not be relevant, just courses concerning criminal justice studies.

The state says #Zimmermanon9 studied self defense and the stand your ground law in college though he told Hannity he never heard 1/2
 
OM said that state created the evidence (Hannity interview) and now try to impeach the defendant on what GZ said about not knowing about 'stand your ground law'. OM says against case law...Judge raises her voice and tells him that this pertains to the state's theory of the case and they have the right to present evidence to support it the same as he has been doing. He gets all upset and rattles on...she tells him he needs to find the case law that supports what he is saying.

State says defense made no objection to this evidence when submitted.

Mantei says defendant told Hannity he did not know about SYG defense but he had access to the book and attended the course on it.

OM says he can do....judge interrupts and tells him to do his research and they will recess on this....

Note: Zimmerman told Hannity he previously had no knowledge of Stand Your Ground Law. Apparently he took class that addressed it.
