Obviously "the official at the university in charge of police" is Schultz. But did he follow up with an actual police officer at a later date? Or is Schultz both the police and the official in charge of the police?

Neither McQueary nor Tom Harmon spoke to Freeh, I believe, at the request of the AG. That request could be related specifically to the upcoming Curley/Schultz perjury trials, but it could also be related to other possible indictments.

According to Freeh, Schultz is not considered law enforcement, but McQueary may not have understood the difference.
It's tough to say exactly what McQueary meant in that e-mail, he may have been talking in terms really general, too general for that phrase to be used in any trial.

He was actively involved in 1998. Freeh was aware of this other evidence but didn't use it in his report at the request of the AG. Emmert was also made aware of this evidence, hence the vacating of wins starting in 1998, not 2001.

No evidence, apparently, of a pedophile ring or any involvement from Corbett. The conspiracy focuses on PSU officials.

The poster believes this was released to him because this is about to get leaked to the media...or indictments are coming soon. Spanier's media blitz last week was apparently a preemptive strike.

My impression is that he is telling the truth and his information is correct, especially given what happened the first time. Will be interesting to see what happens.

I have not heard anything of Sandusky himself being molested as he likely repressed it as you mentioned. It could very well be likely he was molested by someone, likely an older person who went through the Brownson House. I read that Sandusky moved to the Brownson House at the age of 9.

I have thought of it more. Now, I have to wonder if this also applies others besides Jerry Sandusky. Someone who is repressing some trauma by being sociable, cheerful, etc. Not saying all extroverted and sociable people are repressing something. I am thinking of Casey Anthony, Lori Drew, Diane Downs, Betty Broderick, Gertrude Baniszewski, South Hadley 6, Jennifer Petkov, Dharun Ravi, Fred Phelps, Seung-Hui Cho, and Pol Pot. They are repressed in nature. I think they too are repressing something ugly from their past.
