Well, she can be reassured that it isn't because we don't care. I will never understand why some cases 'catch fire' with the press and here on the threads and others don't. I think for the threads, specifically, sometimes it's down to which members see the thread and choose to engage with it. Like any good conversation, it's about chemistry of the individual participants, to a degree, and that's very difficult to quantify or replicate. It certainly isn't because any victim of crime is more or less worthy of discussion.

I know, for myself, I'll be following Melody's case through the whole process, though I haven't said much until now on the thread itself, and I'm sure there are plenty of others watching, like I am.

We all want to see justice for Melody.

I suspect I know what your theory is. (The same as mine, and no doubt others on this site.) This case is a good example.
