The University of Idaho is putting on hold once again plans to demolish the off-campus home where four students were murdered last year, KHQ-TV reports.

Officials this week decided to wait to tear down the King Road residence until Bryan Kohberger’s murder trial has concluded.

Kohberger's Defense Accuse FBI of Witness Tampering

It's one of the biggest crime cases across the nation, Bryan Kohberger accused of fatally stabbing four University of Idaho students. New information details Kohberger's lawyers now accusing the FBI of interfering with a genetic expert witness in the trial by allegedly interrogating her at home. #CourtTV investigates these claims and the state of the Idaho Students Murder Case and Trial.

Lawyers for Bryan Kohberger, the Idaho quadruple murder suspect, recently accused FBIagents of interfering with a witness involved in the case.

Kohberger, 28, was charged with four counts of murder in the first-degree and one count of felony burglary, in the fatal stabbings of Kaylee Goncalves, 21, Madison Mogen, 21, Ethan Chapin, 20 and Xana Kernodle, 20. All four victims were students at the University of Idaho and were killed in an off-campus residence last November.

Lawyers for Idaho quadruple-murder suspect Bryan Kohberger recently argued that cameras in court are focusing too much on their client's crotch and should be removed from future hearings.

Last week, lawyers for Kohberger filed a motion in court for the removal, citing several issues with past camera footage, including a claim that some cameras have been targeting his "fly."

EXPERTS WEIGH STATUS OF BRYAN KOHBERGER CASE IN IDAHO STUDENT MURDERS

Bryan Kohberger, the man accused of killing four University of Idaho students as they slept last fall, has filed multiple motions alleging impropriety in the investigation and asking for cameras to be kept from the courtroom. (9/6/23)

Under a dark Idaho sky, investigators flew Bryan Kohberger to the college town of Moscow. Police delivered him to the Latah County Jail. On Jan. 5, in an orange jumpsuit, his face vacant, the 28-year-old made what will likely be his first of many appearances in this court.

LATAH COUNTY, Idaho (Court TV) — On Wednesday, a judge will hear arguments regarding cameras in the courtroom in the case against Bryan Kohberger.

Last month, attorneys for the accused quadruple murderer filed a motion to remove cameras from proceedings arguing current coverage is hurting their client’s right to a fair trial.

Lawyers on both sides of the upcoming trial of Idaho murder suspect Bryan Kohberger have asked that TV cameras be restricted in court.

In late August, Kohberger's defense team asked Latah County District Judge John Judge to bar cameras from the courtroom, claiming the coverage would violate the accused's constitutional rights.

Prosecuting Attorney Bill Thompson has now responded by citing his own concerns about a media presence during the trial and requested the judge, at very least, remove cameras during the testimony of 'a number of young and vulnerable witnesses.'

I spent so much time here I started to recognize the faces of a lot of the students who live in the surrounding apartments. It seems to be a lot of new people now.

Just got to Idaho to cover the Bryan Kohberger hearing this week. Last time I was here it was summer and the town was empty. This time it’s buzzing with students everywhere… many walking to and from class in front of the house where the murders happened.
