I don't think they would be out there searching etc. if he was not somehow involved.

I do believe he will eventually be arrested and charged.

They must have evidence/information of some sort to do a raid on his house.

Wasn't one of the charges against Taylor voyeurism? Could he have secretly planted electronic devices in Fogle's home to spy on Fogle's children? That could be a reason for electronic sniffing dogs (who knew they had dogs for that??) Just trying to give Fogle the benefit of the doubt.

Hmm. That is not a bad thought.
If they had anything on fogle he would be in custody right now. They usually track them and go in with an arrest warrant and a search.. Not just a search.

We have no idea. I feel bad for him if he is innocent and swept into this. If that is the case, I hope that the news reports that with as much veracity as they are posting the accusations.

Feds did not let Fogle know they were coming. Also, his children were in the home when Feds arrived, but were quickly removed:

Fogle’s lawyer, Ron Elberger, told CBS4Indy Fogle was not aware of the FBI search warrant prior to the raid at the Zionsville house Fogle shares with his wife and two children. Fogle’s children were in the house when investigators arrived, but they were quickly moved to another location as investigators began searching the property.

Except no one else is. And I don't trust one source. If he was a suspect he would be in jail now. They have everything from his home. They would know if he was involved by now.

I don't think he is a suspect. I am happy to be wrong but what I see so far and from other cases, If he was a real suspect he would be under arrest.

The statement from the company says Fogle continues to cooperate with authorities and that he expects "no actions to be forthcoming." It said both sides agreed suspending the relationship was "the appropriate step to take."

The officers who searched Taylor's home reported recovering a thumb drive that contained multiple videos of child *advertiser censored*, including what police described as "commercially made child *advertiser censored* from Eastern Europe similar to that seized on other investigations," court records said. The detective leading the probe noted an examination of that thumb drive "revealed a document file with Taylor's employer listed in the file name."

It is unclear, however, if that referred to Fogle or the foundation. It also is unclear from the court document if that specific file contained pornographic images. Federal officials wouldn't comment on either case today.

I don't believe that. I believe it turns out that he was not the subject of the investigation and they come out and say that it will be clear.

What we have seen today indicates that they are covering all bases re Jared (as well). Leaving no stone unturned. Obvi they are not playing: no advance notification that raid would occur today; bringing in 1/3 dogs in country that detect electronics...
