The west Mesa killer is still right there and if you check long and hard you probably find a lot more bodies. Where the bodies were found who can go there and no one will question them, and to blame it on a guy in some trailer is a perfect cover up. They thought they were cleaning up the street's and when you have that badge and gun who's to question. Check their bank accounts and safety deposit boxs and even storage units of all the are to hold up the law, there's too much temptations so close to the border and to make extra cash. No one's above the law NO ONE.
Long Island serial Killer still lives there and I believe its right under their noses , who ever it is had to leave some kind of DNA but because they were Ladies of the night no one looked another step. Who ever this is and if no DNA was left then its someone who is very smart and possible either a Doctor or something in the medical field or even law enforcement of some kind , someone to clean up their tracks not someone watching CSI. There's my profile and its free and everyone is important as the next regardless of what they do ,if this was a child of someone important would of be solved already. No one's above the law
