JENNIFER PRUDENCIO, 25, is charged with involuntary manslaughter and reckless endangerment of a child. Police were called to Prudencio’s Spencer Avenue apartment in Chelsea Sunday morning where they found her son, Yael Guardado-Prudencio, 3, unresponsive.
