This whole side drama over the marking of exhibits is ridiculous. First the judge had the attorneys pre-mark all the exhibits. Then in the first week of trial she changed her mind and insisted that they all be marked in the order in which they are shown.

So now they have to waste time in the middle of questioning the witness getting all that straightened out. It's only going to make a long trial even longer. It just makes me think she's in over her head and has no idea how to efficiently run a courtroom.

How are the taillight pieces not found during this blowing of the snow? If clear cocktail glass pieces were found, why not large red plastic taillight pieces?

Gallagher says they took six frozen blood samples back to police dept, then returned to scene and entered house into kitchen. Remembers Jen McCabe and Brian Albert were there. Says he knew Brian Albert "in a professional sense" because he's also a Boston police officer.

I’m disclosing that Berkowitz’s wife was my daughter’s first grade teacher. I had no relationship with him, and other than elementary school business, none with his wife. I have not scene either in over 10 years.

There isn't nearly as much snow on the ground in the early morning as the prosecution has said. Looking at the photos, it is probably a max of 4 inches at this point in the day. If the area were strewn with red plastic taillight pieces, they would have been seen.

can you elaborate? are we talking recent photos from various events that show an ongoing relationship or are we talking about photos from high school, etc.?

if you want to prove she's actually lying... vs. just saying it because they want it to be true... then there should be no problem pulling out other witnesses that can detail their friendship.
