It’s called “The Eliminator.”
It’s function is to cremate the remains of cattle, swine and poultry.
It burns hot from 650C to 900C. So what was this piece of equipment doing on Dellen Millard’s farm near Kitchener?

“An ‘Eliminator incinerator’ designed to dispose of livestock remains was purchased by Dellen Millard in July 2012,” said a police officer involved in the case. “We would like to know for what purpose he decided to make this purchase.”

Whoever killed Bosma is abusive, [sic] exploitive, and a risk taker: profiler

"This could have been a standard carjacking: overpower him, leave him," said Van Allen, who heads the Behavioural Sciences Group in Langley, B.C.
"But we see a determination here to not be detected, to delay discovery or identification of the body. When Mr. Bosma went for the test drive, he was a marked man."
He added that the killer is someone who is exploitive, abusive, lacks any empathy and is a risk-taker.

Please feel free to add to the lists below

DM Grandfather Carl Millard (died 2006):

-was portrayed in swashbuckling fashion in a profile written in Wings Magazine, where he was described as a "rebel" and a "direct descendant" of Mohawk Chief Joseph Brant.

- 2005, a year before his death, Millard's grandfather chatted with a journalist who asked him what was going to happen with the succession at the family business, Millardair.

"My grandson (Dellen) is not overly interested in the business but maybe that will change," Carl Millard said

Dellen Millard, 27, was arrested on May 11 in Mississauga Arrested On Friday, "without incident while driving" in Mississauga, Ont. Initially Millard, 27, was charged with forcible confinement and theft over $5,000."

-Standing over six feet tall and wearing a wrinkled light dress shirt and grey slacks, Mr. Millard appeared unshaven but alert in court. He spoke only to say his name and consent to a list of people with whom he’s prohibited from communicating

Father Wayne Millard(died Nov 29 2012):

Chief coroner for Ontario confirmed they are still investigating the apparent death by suicide (gunshot) of Dellen Millard's father, Wayne Millard, in November

Toronto Police confirmed they went to the Etobicoke home on Maple Gate Court jointly owned by Millard and his father on Nov. 29, 2012, for a death investigation that was deemed "not criminal."

Etobicoke home once belonged to his grandparents and the assessed value is $1.07 million. The tax assessment on the property is $1,072,000.

But almost six months since his death, the investigation into Wayne's death is still "ongoing"His death is still under investigation," said Cheryl Mahyr, issues manager for the coroner's office. "So it's still open and has not yet concluded."

Riverside Cemetery & Cremation Centre in Toronto confirmed Wayne Millard's body was cremated and is interred at an unknown location.

An obituary written by Millard, and published in the Toronto Star on Dec. 14, only indicated his father had "passed" and spoke about his love of flying and animals.

The report of further bodies is totally untrue at this time

Despite suggestions the volume of charred material recovered exceeded what would be expected from a man of Mr. Bosma’s size, there is no evidence of additional victims, police said.

“The report of further bodies is totally untrue at this time,” Staff-Sgt. Kavanagh told the National Post.

It is not known if the remains might be from farm animals from the large rural property in Ayr, west of Hamilton.

The suicide of Dellen Millard’s father and the search for a missing woman are both being investigated by police as possibly connected to the death of Tim Bosma, CTV News has learned.
Police say Toronto homicide detectives have reopened their investigation into the death of Wayne Millard last November.
The death, which took place at the home shared by Wayne and Dellen Millard, was originally ruled a suicide.

Police also say Laura Babcock, a 23-year-old woman last seen in Toronto’s Roncevalles neighbourhood in June 2012, is now a part of the investigation.

Police probe link between Bosma suspect, missing woman

Laura Babcock was 23 years old when she went missing last July. Now, police are probing her relationship with Dellen Millard, the suspect charged with first-degree murder in connection with Bosma’s death.

Millard, 27, was friends with Babcock. The two spent time together and friends say they even had a romantic relationship just before Babcock went missing

Babcock’s phone record, which revealed that she had called Millard 13 times between June 30 and July 3 of last year. The phone records show that her very last call was made to Millard on July 3.

Most of Bosma's family was there: His wife, Sharlene, sat in one chair, his father and mother, Hank and Mary, sat on a couch. Sharlene's parents, long divorced, sat with their significant others and two of Bosma's sisters. Eight days earlier, Bosma had climbed into his 2007 black Dodge Ram pickup truck for a test drive with two men. He never came home.

"We have evidence that confirmed Tim is dead," Kavanagh said.

The room imploded, collapsing under the weight of the news. Screams, wails and tears filled the space between them. The slim hope that their son, husband, father and brother would come home had been shattered.

"I do have to tell you more: His body was burnt beyond recognition."

Excellent article with the focus on the victim, Tim Bosma. RIP

SUMMARY OF INITIAL CORRECT INFORMATION.....

This is basic information from LE that is guaranteed to be accurate. I went through the video and wrote out the information...

The LE Media Releases are the most accurate information... all you have to do is sit and watch...

1. May 6th Test Drive approx 9:20pm, Suspect #1 (DM) drove during the test drive, Suspect #2 was in the rear seat behind TB and TB was in the front passenger seat (NOT DRIVING).

2. TB Phone was found in an industrial west side of Brantford.

3. TB Truck was see by a PERSON (NOT A CAMERA) driving downtown at approx 10:10pm.

4. Based on having TB Cell phone, LE obtained a "Production Order" (warrant) to get information from the phone number that called TB to see/test drive his truck.

5. The phone that called TB was a "Burner Phone" and was only activated for 3 months, has not been active since TB Disappeared that night, was purchased with a bogus name, many calls originated from different parts of Etobicoke area.

6. From the Production Order, LE obtained the cell phone records from the Burner phone, they called all the numbers on the list, this is how they found Test Driver #1 from Etobicoke area. (HE DID NOT CONTACT THEM WITH A TIP - LE FOUND HIM)

7. First Test Drive individual was contacted in the same manner as TB, his truck was on Kijiji, he was very suspicious as he is in an industrial area and the 2 suspects walked up on foot, no vehicle and his Truck was NOT a pleasure vehicle, it was a working type truck, newer model than TB's. LE believes and stated that this Test Drive individual is a very large man and LE said he thinks this man would have been able to overpower both suspects and this may be why he was left.

8. First Test Drive individual said suspect #1 had on a SHORT SLEEVE ORANGE SHIRT, he observed several tattoos but, the word "AMBITION" was the only one he could remember and gave description. SB said it was an orange long sleeve shirt when he came to her house, the size, age and other parts of the description match.

9. Description of 2nd suspect was the same between the witnesses (1st Test Drive and SB)

9. NO VEHICLE was seen in either test drive to have brought the Suspects to either test drive... but, LE presumed there was a 2nd vehicle at the TB residence.

10. LE confirmed TALLER SUSPECT drove the Test Drive Vehicle in both test drives.

LE said NO MOTIVE but, very unique case.

***** THIS VIDEO RELEASE WAS BEFORE TB BEING CONFIRMED DEAD *****

After TB was found deceased... LE stated that TB was targeted for the TRUCK, NOT his personage.

“Please be advised that information [second remains] did not come from [lead investigator] Det-Sgt Matt Kavanagh. The investigation continues and at this point there is no confirmation that other remains have been located,” Const. Debbie McGreal-Dinning said.

“Toronto police homicide squad is investigating both of those cases — the missing woman, Laura Babcock, and Wayne Millard’s death,” said Const. Wendy Drummond, spokeswoman for Toronto police.
“We can’t come to any conclusions, obviously, however they are being looked at.”
