The time will be served concurrently with the 25-year sentence she is already serving on a St. Johns County conviction of trafficking in oxycodone.

Croslin will also receive 5 yrs probation, $1.25 million fine and mandatory drug rehabilitation.

Crystal Sheffield, Haleigh's mother, was in the courtroom Monday, but she said she wasn't too concerned with the outcome of the sentencing.

"I don't care about her or her family. All I want is my baby home," Sheffield said.

Sheffield said there are no answers to Haleigh's disappearance, and she believes Croslin knows where he daughter is.

"It's all in her hands," Sheffield said. "She has the answers, not me. I was not there."

Detectives said Monday that the investigation is still active nearly two years after Haleigh went missing.

"Just tell the truth," Sheffield said. "You say you love my children, why do this? God will remember one day. He will give me answers."

"Where is the justice for Haleigh?"
said Theresa Neves, Haleigh's grandmother and Ronald Cummings' mother. "It's hard to see Misty because we want to know where Haleigh is, but 25 years today is no more than what she had.

Neves said she spoke to her son in prison over the holidays.

Tip prompts excavation by crime-scene techs (see video here)

INTERLACHEN - Authorities dug up an area on the shore of a West Putnam lake Friday on a tip that two bodies were buried there.

Shortly before sunset, investigators stopped and said their search found nothing.

"There were no indications of any soil disturbance at all," said Deputy Hancel Woods, spokesman for the Putnam County Sheriff's Office.

The search was triggered after an informant provided information. At midday, a dog specially trained to locate dead bodies was brought to the site mentioned by the informant and "alerted," indicating the presence of bodies.

Misty Croslin: 'I'd give my life for Haleigh to come home now'

http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news...-interview-20110504,0,7575813.story?track=rss

"I'm not the key to this at all." she told the Orlando Sentinel in a tearful interview Tuesday at Lowell Correctional Institution Annex. "Because if I knew something, they would've known it from Day One. I just don't understand why they keep saying this about me."

In her first media interview since being convicted of drug-trafficking charges in January, Croslin blamed her former husband's risky lifestyle as a drug dealer for his daughter's disappearance, alleging that Ronald Cummings' many enemies and debts may have provoked a kidnapping.
