Wait a second. There's a lot of misinformation here--in part because the pdf isn't the same as the calls. (And yes, they make mistakes on these things -not uncommon). First, on August 11th--he did not call 911-he called a non-emergency number that was transferred to 911. When the 911 dispatch operator identifies it as being 911 he specifically states he called a non-emergency number. Second, he never says grey bag--never--not once.That part of the pdf is a mistake. Third, he never says he saw anything behind the school--ever. He says he recently read the meter behind the school--but he never says he saw anything behind the school. Fourth, where do you get he was searching around on company time? My utility people have to go into the canyon on my property all of the time. He says in the calls: "We found a dead ...rattlesnack back there"...some time before this. So, he was there at one point as part of his work. We don't know that he was there on non-company related business.
