:waitasec:

So this article states:

“I am waiting for evidence to be processed as well as DNA results,” Drake said in an email to The Detroit News on Thursday.

The results could take anywhere from one to six months, he said.

That seems a bit ridiculous to me??

Unfortunately the COD could be impossible to determine since they are now saying the infant has been there for "a couple years"?

How could they make such a huge mistake of the time frame in the initial reports?

In the mean time this so called "mother" is walking around free? I certainly hope they charge her with the maximum charges possible for this. :please:

St. Clair County Prosecutor Mike Wendling said no charges are being sought in the case of a newborn found buried in a shallow grave in Clay Township...

Wendling said the mother, who has cooperated with investigators, said the child was stillborn and no one knew she was pregnant. She told investigators she buried the child herself at a relative's house. Without any indication that harm had been done to the child, no such charges could be brought, Wendling said.

He said that although not recording a birth and improper disposal of a body are crimes, the statute of limitations for both had expired.
