May 26, 2012 bike was located in WB with damage consistent to being hit from behind.

tire was consistant with being struck by vehicle

got a tip on truck

truck reported stolen in texas... and truck found burned

14 June: "concerned citizen" informed LE of white Lavergne's white Z71. Located truck - reported stolen - in San Jacinto County TX, burned.

After arrest, BL requested a lawyer and quit cooperating.

traffic stop on lavergne near I-10 yesterday - arrested on unrelated warrant

BSL has refused to cooperate. Was then charged with aggravated kidnapping and 1st degree murder.
