GUILTY MO - Jacque Rawson Waller, 39, Jackson, 31 May 2011

Wow...looking at the pics from Dec on Husbands fb....very weird! Where was his wife? Her page has comments about her birthday on Dec. 27th...we're they separated at that time? Why were the kids with him?

Going to assume she was the one taking the photographs.

Going to assume she was the one taking the photographs.

At first, I thought the same thing but the caption on one of the photos he says "I took the kids to LA." If Jacque was with him, I would tend to think it would say "we". And at some point, there would be pictures of him and Jacque or Jacque and the kids. JMO

On the facebook page, I see pics of the 3 triplets but in this birth announcement I found online they say there was another child also. Has there been any mention of this child?

Day 5 in Search for Missing Mother

snipped from article:
Police say Waller's estranged husband's truck, and the boat are at the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Both the truck and the boat are being thoroughly examined, according to investigators.

Dive teams with the Mo. State Highway Patrol searched two ponds off of Woodland Dr. in Jackson on Friday afternoon. According to police, Waller's estranged husband lived somewhere on the property. Jacque Waller was last seen near that area on Wednesday, June 1.

I don't often comment in the missing forum anymore but I'd be curious to know why the husband is an "ex"-cop. he looks a bit young to be collecting a retirement pension.

Oh my...looking at sisters fb....sister has temp. custody of the triplets and they aren't holding out much hope that she is alive...she says he's too greedy for that.

The fact that her family does not feel she is alive is very sad, and unusual, as most families remain adamant their loved ones are alive, until proven otherwise, they must feel really certain he would have killed her. :(

Jacque has a step-son listed on her facebook page.

verification that husband was in law enforcement

(article from 2005)
J. Clay Waller, 34, who operates a painting company, filed Tuesday, the last day candidates could file for the council seats.

Waller, who spent seven years in law enforcement, ran unsuccessfully for Cape Girardeau County commissioner last year.

The Cape Girardeau Major Case Squad says investigators have followed up on many leads and interviewed a number of people since then.

Through that process, evidence has been located and foul play is suspected in the disappearance of the missing mother of three.

I feel terrible for Jacque's family, seems like they have no doubt as to who is responsible for her disappearance. Now it's just a painful waiting game for them.

They all seemed to have known it was him from the get-go. Makes me wonder if there were domestic violence issues in the marriage?

Maybe he retired on a disability? Maybe he resigned to become "self employed?" Maybe he was terminated for some reason?

I posed the question because I was about to assume there had to be some negative reason for him leaving the force (disciplinary or the like). then I remembered that most places in the US are vastly different than here in NJ. police are grossly overpaid here and have obscene benefit packages. many if not most or all police depts in NJ have a 20 and out policy where cops can get full pensions after 20 years on the force. so the average cop here in NJ can retire around the age of 42-45 and then pursue some other business enterprise to keep themselves occupied.

I believe in many places, cops are underpaid so for those trying to support families, it is really not easy to do so on the paychecks of some of these less generous localities. so this particular husband was too young for a pension but maybe with 3 kids, police work just wasn't paying the bills so he did something else. I am curious to know if he was kicked off the force, and if so, why.

Husband named as person of interest in local woman's disappearance
http://www.semissourian.com/story/1733825.html
Police have named Clay Waller, the estranged husband of Jacque Sue Waller, as the person of interest they've been focusing on in connection of the mother of three's disappearance.

It appears as tho there may have been some financial problems as well as marital problems....this may be one of the reasons she left him and moved in with her sister.

I saw that yesterday. Note that husband's name was removed as a responsible party in that action.
