There was a reference to a sighting at 3am of the BF. I can't find it now but it was on the Nancy Grace Podcast interview with Bio Dad. I wonder if that's what they are looking for.

I've seen an instance of LE here in TN setting up a roadblock along a certain stretch of road asking motorists that regularly travelled that area if they recalled seeing anything suspicious during timeframe in question, and possibly trying to recover dashcam footage.
