NC NC - WILLIAMS, Robert Scott, Union County

I know that nothing new has been posted on this in awhile, but I just ran across this. I live in Charlotte and to say that the police would say "go out and clean up the streets for us" is a bit absurd. As far as the comment about a normal live except these 3 or 4 incidents I read nothing into them. How many times do we hear 'he just seemed like a normal guy'. Even if someone has been arrested for a crime as long as it was not violent then those that know him may think he was just a 'normal' guy. I really think too much was read into that. Just my :twocents: .
