NEWARK, NJ – Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé is seeking the public’s help in finding Aaliyah Bryant, a 17-year-old Newark resident reported missing since Wednesday, August 30.

Aaliyah, who has a history of running away, was last seen in the 100 block of Chancellor Avenue on August 29. She is described as 5’3″ tall, 300 pounds, with a light-brown complexion and blonde hair. She was wearing a long white T-shirt, black leggings, and had a cross-body bag. She also has a silver nose piercing. Aaliyah is diagnosed with Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Director Fragé urges anyone with information about Aaliyah’s whereabouts to contact the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477).
