Thanks to @oviedo and @HayLouise for bringing us all the info above.
This one is so very sad. That little girl (or her little body) must not be in the areas of the searches. (stating the obvious, yes, I know - SMH). It wouldn't be that difficult to "get rid" (OMG) of her or her sweet little body most anywhere. Down the road 20--30 miles would probably do it.
We need these searches to find her, find her, find her. So glad they're not giving up.
But I fear the worst about little Dulce...but I always hope for the best in all of these type cases.

"Dulce," as many of us know, translates to "sugar" in English; "dolce" in Italian means the same. <sigh>

Oh, I hope this little sweet girl is safe and well, and that she will be back with her mother and siblings tomorrow.

“Rodriguez added that she and Perez recently went on the “Dr. Phil” show to tell Dulce’s story and to bring awareness to her disappearance. The show will air locally at 3 p.m. Thursday on CBS, she said.”
Good to hear this. If nobody else is doing it, then get it done yourself, I guess. SMH. Maybe someone will shake something down from a tree, STS, during or after the show.
Somebody knows or has seen something somewhere, surely.

Family of missing 5-year-old Dulce Alavez hoping, praying for Christmas miracle
snipped
It was a warm September afternoon when 5-year-old Dulce Maria Alavez mysteriously disappeared from a Bridgeton playground while playing with her younger brother.

Since then, 81 days have passed. Seasons have changed. Halloween and Thanksgiving have come and gone. And her family is still waiting for any clues or the slightest hint as to where the smiling, vibrant elementary schooler could be.

Now, they’re praying for a Christmas miracle. Her mother, Noema Alavez Perez, told NJ Advance Media in an interview this week that Christmas has always been Dulce’s favorite holiday.

More than 4 months after her disappearance, new searches planned for 5-year-old Dulce Maria Alavez

"Dozens of volunteers showed up in droves Sunday to continue their search for missing 5-year-old Dulce Maria Alavez.

It's been almost five months since Dulce was last seen playing in a Bridgeton City park with her little brother.

Since Dulce vanished on Sept. 16, 2019, various online groups were created to bring awareness of the child's disappearance, including a private social media group on Facebook, "Dulce Maria Alavez Community Search & Support.

Dozens of volunteers were seen on Facebook Live videos on Sunday morning walking towards a wooded area. If Sunday's search does not provide any results, another community group intends to hold another search on Feb. 9, according to one of the group's administrators."

Community holds out hope for Dulce Maria Alavez who has been missing for months

So glad they're not giving up! If she is alive, I so hope she is in good, loving hands. SMH.
What a nightmare for those looking, LE, people like us, and her friends and her family most of all, of course. Every day they, like us and everyone else, hope that today is The Day. Hope, hard work, investigation, positive thoughts, and prayers. All of this.

Missing Bridgeton girl Dulce Alavez likely abducted in crime of opportunity, FBI agent says

Investigators searching for a little girl who disappeared from a Bridgeton park more than 11 months ago believe she was likely abducted by someone looking for an opportunity to take a child.

They also believe surveillance videos harvested from the area could show the abductor’s vehicle.

The FBI quickly joined the investigation and an Amber alert was issued. While authorities have been reluctant to share many details, a lead investigator on the case recently shed new light on what may have happened during an interview with NJ Advance Media as the anniversary of her disappearance approaches.

“If you are looking for a child to take the child, you go where children are,” said FBI special agent Daniel Garrabrant. “That’s one of the reasons that we believe that the target was a child, but it may not necessarily have been Dulce. We’ve had cases like this across the country where offenders go to places where children are and they would have access to children and they wait for the opportunity.
