With phone numbers for Jorge and Luis, and a necklace with Spanish Amor and Paz, I think there's a good chance he spoke Spanish.
Suizo for the watch--Suizo is a brand of watch but it also appears to mean "Swiss." Most of the ones I turned up on a brief search are vintage watches being resold on Etsy and many of them were bought in Cuba in the 1930s and 1940s.

The only result I could find-timing is a bit off but he went missing 30 mins from where the UID was found
