The bodies of a missing woman and her 3-month-old baby have been recovered and the woman's ex-boyfriend has been charged with two counts of murder.

Ricardo Santiago, 34, was charged after surrendering to police on Tuesday night. He is being held on $1 million cash bail.

Also Tuesday night, the bodies of 34-year-old Neidy Ramirez and her daughter, Genesis, were recovered.

The man accused of killing his ex-girlfriend and her infant daughter last fall has been indicted by a Cumberland County grand jury.

Ricardo Carrillo-Santiago, 34, of the 700 block of Yellowwood Terrace in Millville, was indicted Wednesday on three counts related to two homicides on Nov. 27.

It was on that day authorities say Carrillo-Santiago killed 34-year-old Vineland resident Neidy Ramirez and her 3-month-old daughter Genesis.
