1) 1990 "I" start CA airhockey.
2) In early 1998 I bring my girlfriend to the cops to report rape.
3) In Dec '98 I win the CA State championships
4) Modesto Bee newspaper does article. All local players were invited, none showed up because of retaliation about us going to the cops. In the photo I'm playing with my 5 year old child, who today is now in the Army.

5) In summer of '99 a player named George Anderson complains to others local players about me and they "ban me" for six months from local events. I'm also not allowed to play in the '99 CA State, but really it's because Anderson is best friends with Haggberg who is the person we went to the cops about.
6) In Jan 2000 Kerry and Michael (me) move to Vegas and start NV airhockey and weekly events at CIE in the NY NY Hotel Casino.
7) March 2000 the place where I won the CA State '98 and where I was not allowed to play in '99, was to host the USAA Worlds 2000 but closed without notice.
8) I then spoke with the management in Vegas and invited the entire crowd to Vegas. It was the very best big dance for airhockey ever.
9) Within a couple months afterward, the USAA players again starting bullying me via the internet. In 2001 at the USAA Worlds in TX, the USAA kicked me off the USAA Board without any reason. George Anderson took over as President of the USAA and told me it was his first action as pres.
19) For several more years the USAA players bullied me so very bad that never could I allow my child near me when posting to the forums. People in late '99 (except 2000) all the way thru 2005 were saying I should be banned, but never a plausible reason, which makes it obvious retaliation was still happening because we went to the cops in '98.
20) In June 2006 the internet bullying was so very bad, that I was stating if it continues I will send this to the FBI. Players taunted me and said, do it. So that's what I did, think on June 30.
21) On July 21, the former USAA president ('01-'05) George Anderson raped my girlfriend in the parking lot of Golfland Mini Golf Course while I was playing in the weekly tournement inside.
22) Kerry my girlfriend is an incest survivor and totally disabled, she did not know what rape was in 1998. When she told me the facts, I took her to the Police.
23) It was that accused rapist (1998) Haggberg who left the parking lot on July 21, 2006 and obtained "meth", returned and gave it to Anderson and he forced my disabled girlfriend to smoke it. She was ganged raped then.
24) We reported it to the S.J cops. We moved 325 north to Eureka, CA.
25) I did not post anymore to the airhockey forums.
26) On the one year anniversary death of my Brother Larry, which is why this entire thread started in the first place, well on Jan 10, 2007 they posted that I'm banned from all USAA events.
27) The few people involved with that post are best friends with Anderson, as remember he was the former USAA president.
28) TODAY, apparently years later I'm not able to play in airhockey events. This weekend they are having the USAA Worlds championships in TX. I'm still not able to compete, even tho NO reason has ever been given.
29) The cops won't do anything. Newspapers say it has nothing to do with there local readers etc etc. What can I do? I'm poor and can't afford an attorney. Don't say call legal aid, they hang up unless your being evicted. Please, contact the ACLU, send someone, please.
30) Haggberg is a convicted felon from the 90's. Anderson was convicted of terrorist threats for telling an old lady to move faster in the cross walk or he would run her over, and he plead guilty (2006?) to that.
31) In the 1998 case, the Detective illegally closed the rape case. My issues with that Police department are incredible and crushing. If you like lots and lots of reading, here is some real time nightmare **** I've been surviving for the last 14 years. All I ask is for someone to help. All these issues beGONE if one Attorney steps forward to help me. I'm disabled and have the lowest income, for real. I'm 50 now and don't see myself playing airhockey with those idiots of the USAA (airhockeyworld.com). So really I'm not sure what I'm asking, it's just how can we be retaliated against in a sport because we told the cops about rapes?
