Law enforcement sources told NBC New York that the 33-year-old Crowe was released from court just before noon, and was arrested once more after 1:30 p.m. on charges of violating the order of protection.
Prosecutors allege that Crowe has gone to the pop star's place repeatedly: 30 times in the past two months, according to court documents, and was repeatedly asked to leave. That includes this past Saturday and again on Monday, when police responded to complaints of an emotionally disturbed man acting erratically in the posh neighborhood, an NYPD spokesperson said.

He was charged on Wednesday with stalking in the fourth-degree and harassment in the first- and second-degrees before he was released under supervision by a Manhattan judge.
But Crowe, who was wearing a gray jacket, light pants, white sneakers and a blue backpack, was seen diving into a large green dumpster across the pop superstar’s Tribeca home on Wednesday afternoon.
He looked inside from different angles and was spotted by nearby neighbors who were left concerned at his actions before he was arrested the New York City Police Department.

According to Crowe’s public Facebook profile, he lists “Bolivar, New York” as his hometown and Seattle as his current city. A search of “David Crowe” on social media showed no other profiles of men living in Seattle or Bolivar.
